About this website
This public website explains Aprentiz and provides a professional enquiry route. It does not provide an account sign-in, document-upload, legal-advice or client-data processing service.
Information you choose to share
When you use the enquiry form, we collect the contact and business information you provide: your name, work email, organisation, role, selected topic and message. We use it to understand and respond to your professional enquiry. Please do not submit client personal data, credentials, confidential policy material or special-category data.
Professional research contacts
For bounded business-to-business research, we may record a person's name, professional role, organisation and work email address when those details are explicitly published on that organisation's official public website. We retain the exact source page and collection date. We do not infer or generate email addresses, purchase contact lists, collect private contact details or use free-mail addresses for this purpose.
Our stated lawful basis for this limited processing is legitimate interests: understanding how UK regulated organisations handle evidence, regulatory change and review workflows, and inviting a relevant professional to an optional research conversation. We assess role relevance and reasonable expectations before contact. Research invitations are not product, regulatory-approval, customer or partnership claims.
An invitation identifies Aprentiz and its research purpose, provides this notice, and explains how to object. We send no more than one initial invitation and one review-controlled follow-up unless the recipient engages. An objection or opt-out stops further contact and creates a minimal suppression record so that the person is not contacted again.
Form processor and international transfer
Form submissions are sent to Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io), a US-based form processor, before delivery to Legacy Value Ltd. Formspree processes information under its own terms and privacy materials. We use this processor solely to operate the public enquiry form; it is not part of the Aprentiz platform or a route for client documents.
Technical delivery
The website is delivered through Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Standard web infrastructure may process technical request information required to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and security events, according to provider controls and applicable law.
Cookies and analytics
This build does not install advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Formspree may set strictly necessary service cookies when you interact with its form endpoint; refer to its own privacy materials for details.
Retention and rights
Professional enquiries are retained according to an approved retention schedule for their purpose. Public professional research records are reviewed or deleted within 90 days of collection unless the person engages or a shorter objection/deletion requirement applies. A minimal suppression record may be retained for as long as needed to honour an objection and prevent re-contact.
Subject to applicable conditions, UK GDPR rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To object to research contact or make a privacy request, reply to the invitation or use the enquiry form and state that your message concerns privacy.
